Design Process

Our design process is based on an in-depth understanding and productive relationship with
you--the client. Once we have worked out the project objectives and requirements with you, we blend your knowledge of your operation with our expertise. The end result is an effective product that brings in real results.

Step 1 - Background Information
We gather information on your target markets and competition, learn about your short- and long-term goals and review your relevant products, services, strategies, and special business processes. We then identify your needs, budget, and timeline.

Step 2 - Proposal
We evaluate the information gathered regarding your project. At this time, potential concerns are identified and dealt with. We then provide you with a written proposal that includes a description of the design, production, and technical elements; an itemized cost estimate; and a timeline. We present the proposal in person to confirm that it meets your objectives and budget.

Step 3 - Planning and Design Development
After initiation of the project, we start the in-depth research when necessary, develop communication strategies. Based on approved strategies, design concepts and visual comprehensives are developed. To ensure timeliness and your satisfaction, we set scheduled reviews throughout this stage of development.

Step 4 - Design and Production
After your approval of the design comprehensives, the design production work starts. Periodical reviews may be arranged to ensure the production quality. For website projects, a testing period is required. For print projects, a CD with all the necessary artwork files is prepared.

Step 5 - Launch the Site or Go To Print
We launch the website and provide you with any information you may need for the future. For printing projects, we will supervise the pre-press and printing process at your request.

Step 6 - Maintenance and Support
We retain an ongoing relationship with you after the project is complete. We are here for you for any consultation, updates, changes, or subsequent projects you may need.
